If you are not absolutely delighted with a MontanaCo purchase, we make it easy for you to return it.
We accept unworn merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note, processing of online returns may take up to 10 business days. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within two billing cycles.
Your return should include the completed returns form. If you do not have the packing slip, please provide name, address, email address, phone number, and order number.
Please indicate your reason for returning the item(s) on the packing slip you received with your purchase. Package the item(s) and the packing slip securely and affix to US Postal Service package or the Fed-Ex package.
The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment.
