Return & Exchange Policy

At MONTANACO, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, we make returns simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility

  • We accept returns on unworn merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Processing Time

  • Online returns may take up to 10 business days to process.

  • Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

How to Return

  1. Include the completed returns form with your package.

    • If you don’t have the packing slip, please provide your name, address, email, phone number, and order number.

  2. Indicate the reason for return on the packing slip.

  3. Pack the item(s) securely along with the slip.

  4. Ship your package using US Postal Service or FedEx.
